Meredith Bowden (she/her)
Senior Consultant – Psychologist (VIC)
Meredith is a registered psychologist and strategic foresight practitioner with over 20 years of professional experience in the public and private sectors, including health, disability (NDIS), education and small business.
Meredith’s areas of expertise include coaching, facilitation, leadership development and strategic thinking. With a Master of Strategic Foresight, Meredith is passionate about helping individuals and organisations to find ways forward in complex and uncertain times through building hope and agency. She brings a diversity of life experience and an understanding of complexity to her work, offering a bigger perspective and intellectual curiosity.
Meredith takes a future-focused approach to her coaching and leadership work, supporting people to thrive in the workplace and beyond. Meredith has an open, insightful and engaging style that supports self-reflection, empathy and mindfulness in the people that she coaches. She believes that when people develop a focus on their inner world and on connecting with others in a meaningful way, this will shine through in any leadership role (formal or informal) they take on.
Meredith is familiar with the juggle of career, family and learning. She is a slightly frazzled mother of two inquisitive, active and well-meaning boys who turned 13 and 9 in 2021. Through the 2020 Melbourne lockdown period, Meredith developed a keen interest in gardening and a rather surprising obsession with puzzles. Meredith can always be relied on to recommend a good book or podcast.
