Georgina Giltrap
Senior Consultant – Psychologist (VIC)
Georgina is a registered Psychologist who is passionate about supporting people to work together effectively to make positive, sustained and meaningful impact.
Georgina has consulted to a range of public and private sector organisations on projects that are designed and implemented to support people’s flourishing and productivity at work. This has included leadership development, culture change, capability frameworks, strategic planning, recruitment and selection, learning and training and organisational development.
Using a strengths and values-based approach, Georgina trains and coaches leaders to proactively navigate transitions, foster resilience in their workforce and create environments that encourage productivity and protect people’s mental health.
Georgina’s approach is informed by her research background in organisational psychology; she has conducted extensive research on topics relating to burnout, resilience, workplace culture, the role of compassion at work, leadership and interpersonal conflict in teams.
Prior to consulting and coaching, Georgina worked primarily in the social enterprise/not-for-profit sector and in the start-up environment. Georgina has enjoyed starting a family in the last year and navigating the new joys and juggle of this work-life transition. She enjoys taking opportunities to be out in nature and connecting with others—be it swimming, surfing or hiking. Georgina is a firm believer that we take on many roles in life from family through to work—and that positive experiences in one role tend to enrich and expand us in our other roles.
