Fertility and pregnancy loss support
The path to parenthood isn't always a smooth one.
While some people may not feel the impacts of this natural transition, others find it alters their lives, careers, and physical and mental health.
Some may experience a smooth ride to parenthood, while others may have to navigate rough terrain, and overcome enormous obstacles. Sadly, some may never reach their destination.
Our team of registered psychologists are here to help navigate this transition. We can offer a tailored approach to help best support employees at this time, through dedicated one-on-one sessions, and team leader support.
You start making plans, and then they’re gone. It’s a lonely experience. Most people don’t discuss miscarriages because you worry your problems will distance you or reflect upon you — as if you’re defective or did something to cause this. So you struggle on your own.
Pregnancy loss support
The unexpected nature of pregnancy loss can leave parents and workplaces unprepared for the difficult journey ahead.
In turn, the stress incurred can result in physical, psychological and financial costs. This places an importance on how the workplace understands, responds and supports employees who have suffered this experience.
All our sessions, whether virtual, over the phone or face-to-face are conducted by registered psychologists specialising in pregnancy loss. In recognition that every circumstance is unique, we’ll tailor our delivery according to the needs of each individual.
Transitioning Well bring both expertise and care to the program, which is why we trust them to support our employees during such challenging and vulnerable life events.
Fertility support
Fertility can be a long and trying journey.
Over time, the stress and mental toll can start to have huge impacts on those going through the process. For workplaces, your support at this time is crucial, and knowing how to support your people at this time can be really difficult.
At Transitioning Well, acknowledging that very few situations are the same, we tailor our fertility support to meet the needs of your organisation.
