What are psychosocial hazards? 

Under Australian law all employers have a duty of care to provide their employees a safe working environment.  

When employee are exposed to what we call psychosocial hazards, we know it can result in psychological or physical harm to the employee. 

Moreover, the cost to the organisations can be enormous, with loss in productivity, potential loss of staff and potential compensation claims.
