Justine Alter is a registered and endorsed Organisational Psychologist, work-life transition expert, and Managing Director of Transitioning Well. With over twenty years experience in short term individual counselling, coaching and training, Justine has a passion in supporting people’s mental health and well-being at all levels of the organisation.
Justine’s experience is expansive and includes many people-oriented roles including a return to work and career transition specialist primarily for WorkCover clients and as an EAP consultant. As co-founder of Transitioning Well, she brings her experience and knowledge into leading people at times when they need to be ‘unstuck’ and guided to navigate work and life.

Primarily using a structured, solution focused and outcome based approach, Justine utilises her sound relationship building and listening skills, building rapport easily to ensure that the best results are achieved.
