Senior Consultant – Clinical Psychologist
Sarah is a registered clinical psychologist and clinical supervisor, specialising in workplace mental health and wellbeing. Sarah has over 10 years’ experience working as a clinician, supervisor and facilitator across various settings including universities, not-for-profit, public and private sectors. Sarah also has a PhD (Management) and is a lecturer at the University of Tasmania. She applies her training and experience in mental health to her research projects and teaching. Her main research interests focus on the development of positive psychological resources in employees and work teams for enhanced performance and well-being.
Sarah has led several industry-funded research projects focused on the development and evaluation of interventions designed to promote positive workplace mental health and wellbeing. She is also involved in research projects investigating the interface between work and family. Her research has been published in leading peer-reviewed management and organisational psychology journals. Sarah is based in Hobart and lives with her husband and two children (aged 9 and 5).
