Work-Life Transition Training

Balance to Boundaries

The boundaries between work and life have never been more blurred than they are today, and it’s for this reason we offer this 3.5 hour workshop rethinking the intersection between work and life.

Facilitated by senior consultant psychologists, this evidence based practical workshop helps participants build a road map to where they want to be, professionally and personally.

Many view work-life balance as unattainable or even illusory... but if an illusion, what's the practical alternative?

Finding a healthy work-life balance is a difficult challenge at the best of times. An increasing workload and technology that connects us constantly to our jobs finds increasing numbers of people feeling discouraged, depleted and overwhelmed. This all but annihilates the line between work and home. The Balance to Boundaries workshop will provide you with guidance on redefining this line.

While there are many benefits to this new reality, the costs of work-life conflict can be high, taking a toll on both individuals and their work organisations. Finding effective ways to integrate work and life is of strategic importance to organisations wanting to attract and retain valuable employees. According to a recent employment survey, 70% of Australian workers viewed work-life balance as the most important factor when considering a new position.

The Balance to Boundaries workshop is:

  • Ideal for staff at all levels across any role.
  • Delivered to groups of 12 to 15.
